Team Utah Defends Treadmill Title at IHRSA 2011

    Great video footage of the race Dr. Bruce! Thank you for documenting that! I shared it on my facebook page so friends can see what I have been raving about the past couple weeks!!! 🙂 LOTS OF FUN!! haha! The Utah Team did an amazing job! The fact that our team finished in 2nd place was really awesome. There was great competition there!! 🙂

    I love the footage from the race. That race was much harder than I anticipated it being. Running on the extreme inclines is much more difficult when we are forced to run a 1 mile minimum. The Competition was pretty fierce. I was amazed with how many very accomplished distance runners were there. I was lucky enough to have some of the best on my team. I hope that everyone comes back next year for another epic battle on the treadmill.
